Total Development International Foundation which was formerly known as World Reach International started in the year 1995 but registered then with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C.) Nigeria in the year 2002 as an enterprise with Registration Number YLZV002. In the bid to register as an NGO, the name World Reach was changed to Total Development International Foundation (TODEV) . And the organization got registered with the no CAC/IT/No 17760 in 2004.

Sustainable total development for the youth, women and other underserved segments of the population in Nigeria and beyond.
Our Mission
To empower the youth, women, ruralites and other disadvantaged groups in Nigeria for improved health, livelihood and social participation through advocacy, public awareness creation, skills development, creation of access to ICT facilities and micro finance support.
